Dr. Paul Aiken

Dr. Paul Aiken

Chairman

Dr. Paul AikenĀ is an engineer, educator, innovator and nonprofit founder dedicated to expanding access to engineering education and practice. A former Intel R&D engineer and Columbia University PhD graduate, he returned to Jamaica to lead the creation of UWI Mona’s Faculty of Engineering and its first ABET-accredited programme. He is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Engineering at Washington and Lee University, Virginia USA and leadsĀ Engineers of Tomorrow Inc., advancing global STEM opportunity from K–12 through university.
Mrs. Nicolette Nemdali

Mrs. Nicolette Nemdali

Vice Chairman

Nicolette A. NemdaliĀ is a Financial Services Provider and licensed Life Insurance Agent with New York Life. With 16+ years as a small business owner and 14 years as a national educator in the beauty industry, she brings entrepreneurial insight and a client-first approach to her financial practice. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and Secondary Education from Rutgers University. Licensed in multiple states, Nicolette offers personalized strategies in life insurance, annuities, retirement and college funding, mortgage protection, estate planning, long-term care, and business solutions. She is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners plan for today while preparing for tomorrow.
Dr. Sarah Margalus

Dr. Sarah Margalus

Director and Secretary

Sarah Margalus is a professor in the Education Studies Department at Washington and Lee University. Her experiences as an educator, reading specialist, math interventionist and instructional coach allow her to leverage various vantage points and skills when collaborating on educational topics. As a maker, she believes in the value of hands-on learning and informal educational experiences that allow students to engage in projects of personal interest. Research interests include self-assessment, self-regulated learning, educational makerspaces, international education, literacy, and the intersection of literacy and making. Sarah continues to work to support teachers and expand student access to hands-on, innovative learning opportunities. 

Mr. Raphael Aiken

Mr. Raphael Aiken

Director

Raphael Aiken is the Glass Production Supervisor at Cityproof Corp., bringing over 25 years of experience in the glass industry. He oversees the manufacturing process of glass products, ensuring efficient production, consistent quality standards, and a safe work environment. In addition to his role at Cityproof, Raphael also provides leadership and management for the Jamaica and Caribbean Operations of Engineers of Tomorrow.
