About Engineers of Tomorrow

Engineers of Tomorrow was incorporated on May 28, 2025, as a Non-Profit Corporation in the State of Virginia, USA. EoT is dedicated to empowering the next generation of engineers through inclusive, hands-on STEM education from K–12 through university.

Guided by a vision of equity, innovation, and workforce readiness, EoT delivers after-school clubs, summer workshops, tuition support, educator training, and industry-aligned programming to prepare students for real-world engineering careers.

By fostering early engagement, supporting competition participation, and building collaborative ecosystems across schools, universities, and industry, EoT ensures that every student — regardless of background — has the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to thrive as a world-class engineer.
